The VR Coatings Tube/Varnish Coating System is a basic airless hot spray coating system for continuous production. Features a closed spray chamber with over-sprayed coating material re-cycling system, fumes exhaust system, and water spraying chamber to remove traces of coating material.

What tube sizes can the coating system handle?

The spray ring nozzles are adjustable and mounted on adjustable rods, so the system can be configured for different tube ODs. Contact us with your tube size range for a specific recommendation.

Is the over-spray recycled?

Yes. Over-sprayed coating material is collected at the chamber bottom and re-circulated to the coating material tank via a HIPPO pump and bag-type low-pressure filter, minimising waste.
