What is a multi-plate regulator?
A multi-plate regulator is a high-capacity pressure regulator designed for multi-gun spray systems and high-volume production lines. It handles up to 400 BAR inlet and provides configurable output from 16 to 320 BAR across 2 or 4 plate configurations.
What is the difference between 2 plate and 4 plate?
The 2 plate configuration provides two regulated outputs — suitable for 2-gun systems. The 4 plate provides four outputs — ideal for 4-gun production lines. Both handle up to 400 BAR inlet pressure with 16–320 BAR output range.
When should I use a multi-plate regulator instead of individual regulators?
Use a multi-plate regulator when you have multiple spray guns running from a single pump — it provides individual pressure control for each gun from one unit. More compact and efficient than fitting individual HP regulators for each gun.
