What is a back pressure regulator used for?
A back pressure regulator is used in paint circulation systems to maintain a set pressure on the return line — keeping the paint in constant circulation and preventing settling. It is fitted on the return line between the spray point and the pump.
What is a multi-plate regulator?
A multi-plate regulator is a high-capacity pressure regulator with 2 or 4 plate configurations. It handles up to 400 BAR inlet and provides output from 16 to 320 BAR — used in multi-gun spray systems and high-volume production lines.
What is the difference between HP and LP regulators?
The HP Regulator handles up to 350 BAR inbound for high-pressure airless spray systems. The LP Regulator handles up to 18 BAR inbound for air supply and low-pressure systems. Always match the regulator to your system pressure.
