What is the mixing ratio of the Polyurea system?
The VR Coatings Polyurea system uses a fixed 1:1 mixing ratio (by volume) which is the standard requirement for most polyurea coatings.
Why is heating needed for polyurea spraying?
Polyurea components are highly viscous at room temperature. Heating to 55–70°C reduces viscosity for proper atomization and ensures fast reactivity for a tack-free finish within seconds.
What length of heated hose is supplied?
Standard supply is 15 metres of Polyurea wrap scuff heated hose. Up to 3 sets of hose bundles can be attached for longer reach.
