VR Coatings Pulsation Dampners eliminate pressure pulsation from reciprocating pumps, delivering smooth and consistent paint flow for a superior spray finish. Available in 1¼" (57 lpm) and 2" (76 lpm) versions at 21 BAR. The High Pressure Surge Bottle (350 BAR) is designed for airless spray systems with an integrated filter cassette.

Why do I need a pulsation dampner?

Reciprocating pumps produce pressure pulsations with each stroke. These pulsations cause uneven paint flow and visible banding in the spray finish. A pulsation dampner absorbs these pressure spikes for a smooth, even coating.

What is the difference between a pulsation dampner and a surge bottle?

The pulsation dampner (21 BAR max) is for low and mid-pressure circulation systems. The HP Surge Bottle (350 BAR) is specifically for high-pressure airless spray systems and also includes an integrated filter cassette.
